Based on off-grid DC solar air conditioner, the hybrid ACDC solar air is designed for the applications where grid power is available and comparatively stable. In daytime, the air conditioner can be powered up to 100% by solar panel if needed. At night, the system will automatically switch to the grid. In this case there is no need of the batteries or expensive inverters. The solar DC power directly replaces the grid power and this can reduce daytime running cost by up to 97%.
